- To record shipment details;
- To receive notifications about cargo nearby.
Solution for Dispatchers helps them:
- To monitor drivers;
- To filter drivers list by various characteristics;
- To chat with a driver inside the application;
- To look through trip reports and raise an invoice.
Outcome:
MVP version was released in May 2019. It allowed to
- Increase shipments amount;
- Decrease drivers downtime;
- Reduce time spent on cargo searching;
- Reduce time spent on driver's position-finding.
